  • Shipping & Turnaround Times

    • All Trionic 5 and Trionic 7 units include a module and are pre-programmed with the information provided during purchase (VIN, Immobilizer Codes, etc.). Trionic 5 and 7 normally ship within 7-10 business days. Trionic 8 modules require the original unit be sent to us in order to tune, or build replacements for them. Because of the end-user downtime associated I turn these around as fast as possible with most units shipping in 1 to 2 business days after getting the original

  • Custom Development & Return Policy

    • All items are custom built and configured for the vehicle they are to be installed in and are not returnable for this reason. If you’re unsure of your diagnosis while working on your car reach out and we’ll try to help in advance.

    • All units are built to specifications provided and tested before shipping. In the rare event we have an issue simply reach out to me and we’ll get it fixed right away!

    • All units carry a 60 day hardware warranty. If a unit we provide fails in this time we’ll gladly replace it.

    • All units carry a lifetime software warranty. If your unit fails after the hardware warranty I’ll gladly re-program another unit (you provide) for only the cost of return shipping it back to you. If you don’t have a unit I’ll gladly discount one to accommodate programming from previous backups.
